Strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Onsite in Buffalo, NY; the role is also described as being located in East Aurora, NY. Global travel of approximately 25% is required.

Salary: $170,000–$210,000 annually.

What you will do

• Develop and deploy HR and talent strategies aligned with the goals of engineering, finance, and business management functions.
• Advise senior leaders and contribute to business strategy, decision-making, and organizational performance.
• Lead organizational development, organizational design, change management, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Own talent identification, performance management, succession planning, talent pipelines, and bench-strength improvement.
• Manage employee metrics, HR data integrity, KPIs, dashboards, and workforce insights linked to business and financial goals.
• Partner with HR Operations, HR IT, Talent, and Reward Centers of Expertise on policies, processes, and enterprise-wide projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• More than 10 years of related HR experience, including at least 3 years leading a team.
• Experience leading strategy development, organizational design, and change management.
• Ability to influence and advise senior leaders on HR matters and understand complex organizational issues.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Experience developing and deploying HR and talent KPIs and dashboards.
