Senior Compensation Consultant

Location: Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii)

Salary: $115,760 – $173,640

What you will do

• Serve as a project manager on high-value, complex compensation engagements.
• Develop and implement compensation strategies, including job pricing, structure modeling, and job family frameworks.
• Deliver expert consultation on benchmarking, market pricing, and job architecture to senior client stakeholders.
• Partner cross-functionally to troubleshoot complex issues and support revenue teams.
• Facilitate client conversations to discuss findings, recommendations, and strategic compensation goals.
• Contribute to departmental process improvements and support team onboarding and peer reviews.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on compensation experience, including benchmarking, salary structure design, and job architecture.
• Must have US work authorization and be based in the US (excluding Hawaii).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex client engagements independently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for interacting with senior leadership.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Proven client-facing experience in a consulting or professional services capacity.

• Experience with global job architecture and international compensation structures.
• Knowledge of variable pay structure design and incentive compensation.
• Experience with pay equity analysis and pay transparency initiatives.
• CCP certification.
