Lead Implementation Consultant (Brightflag)

Location: Fully remote for candidates based on the West Coast, US. Work permit sponsorship and self-sponsorship are not available. Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office during the recruitment process.

Salary: $130,000–$160,000 base salary per year plus bonus. A broader compensation range of $107,500–$188,400 USD is also listed, depending on skills, experience, and hiring location.

Brightflag is an AI-powered enterprise legal management platform within hirify.global’s Legal & Regulatory division, helping corporate legal departments manage matters, spend, and collaboration with outside counsel.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementations for large enterprise customers with complex organizational structures, multi-entity requirements, and high volumes of legal matters and spend.
• Guide legal operations leaders, general counsel, and technical stakeholders throughout implementation.
• Manage multiple implementations, including priorities, risks, escalations, timelines, and project plans.
• Configure approval workflows, billing guidelines, reporting structures, and security settings in the Brightflag platform.
• Develop data migration strategies and coordinate accurate execution for large, complex datasets.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success on feature requests, integrations, adoption, and long-term customer success.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in a customer-facing implementation role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Ability to solve complex technical and business problems and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with data ETL, migration tasks, SQL, RESTful APIs, and OAuth.
• Strong project management, planning, risk management, and organizational skills across multiple simultaneous projects.
• Familiarity with waterfall and agile Scrum methodologies and tools including Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and Jira.
• Curiosity, structured requirements gathering, strong communication, and an active problem-solving mindset.

Nice to have

• PMP or CAPM certification.
• Legal management or legal operations domain knowledge.
• Experience with legal or regulatory SaaS.
