Lead IT Applications (Epic Radiant and Epic Cupid)

Location: Virtual Arizona; Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with an on-call rotation. Travel to any hirify.global and affiliated sites may be required.

What you will do

• Lead the continuous development, deployment, integration, and support of vendor enterprise applications used across clinical, financial, and business systems.
• Analyze workflows, troubleshoot complex end-user issues, and perform technical and workflow root cause analysis.
• Identify workflow improvement opportunities and coordinate application enhancements with business and application partners.
• Lead complex technical and workflow projects, implementations, external workgroups, and stakeholder recommendations.
• Coach and mentor team members, support professional growth, and promote accountability for team deliverables.
• Provide on-call support for incidents, upgrades, patches, and project activities outside regular working hours.

Requirements

• Epic Radiant and Epic Cupid experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, information systems, computer science, or a related field, or four years of related work experience.
• At least five years of healthcare, consulting, or IT experience involving application software deployment, development, workflows, or healthcare business systems.
• Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring technical or application teams.
• Ability to travel to any hirify.global and affiliated sites and participate in an on-call rotation.
• Certification for the assigned application is required within the designated policy timeframe; Epic certification is preferred.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in healthcare, business, information systems, computer science, or a related field.
• Leadership experience in a lead, supervisor, or manager role.
• Eight years of healthcare, consulting, or IT experience with advanced application and workflow expertise.
