Application System Analyst Lead - HIM (Epic)

What you will do

• Lead application implementation activities, including build, configuration, testing, go-live support, and optimization.
• Oversee incident, problem, request, and change management for the assigned HIM focus area.
• Analyze processes and requirements, create process maps and specifications, and coordinate application and cross-application workgroups.
• Design, configure, and maintain Epic application functionality and integrated system processes.
• Coordinate complex projects, vendor changes, reporting, escalations, and stakeholder communications.
• Mentor analysts, distribute workload, facilitate cross-training, and guide multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred in healthcare, business, or information systems.
• 5–7 years of experience in healthcare, business, or information systems.
• Proficiency in the assigned Epic module or Epic certification upon employment, with current version training maintained.
• Project management experience of at least 2 years or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; supervisory or functional supervision experience is preferred.
