Application System Analyst Lead - HB/PB/HIM (Epic)

Location: Irving, Texas, United States. Onsite Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; travel and additional hours may be required for critical issues.

What you will do

• Lead application implementation activities across build, configuration, testing, go-live support, and optimization.
• Oversee incident, problem, request, and change management for the assigned focus area.
• Lead requirements elicitation, process mapping, stakeholder analysis, specification gathering, and project reporting.
• Design, analyze, configure, and maintain complex integrated application functionality.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary and cross-application workgroups, vendor changes, deliverables, and priorities.
• Mentor analysts, facilitate cross-training, and provide escalation support to application teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in healthcare, business, or information systems.
• Detailed healthcare knowledge and systems expertise, with the ability to lead projects independently.
• Proficiency in the assigned Epic module or Epic certification upon employment; certifications and proficiencies must remain current through version training.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, organizational, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• An associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or information systems is preferred; supervisory experience and at least two years of project management experience are also preferred.
