Senior Software Engineer (Java)

What you will do

• Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of software solutions.
• Design and oversee scalable, secure, efficient, and maintainable applications.
• Mentor software engineers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical direction.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define requirements.
• Drive coding, testing, and Agile best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and evaluate emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of software development experience, including at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in Java and modern frameworks.
• Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and database technologies.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with React or Angular.
• Knowledge of AI/ML, blockchain, or IoT.
• Open-source contributions or active participation in technology communities.
