Production Lead

Location: Neenah, Wisconsin, United States; onsite production role. Shift: 10:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m., Sunday–Thursday.

What you will do

• Direct day-to-day activities in the folding gluer area and support other plant departments.
• Monitor safety, production performance, quality, schedules, rush orders, and staffing needs.
• Assign work, coordinate overtime, track production orders, and support customer commitments.
• Coach department employees and provide input on performance reviews and disciplinary matters.
• Coordinate production and quality decisions with area managers, supervisors, quality personnel, customer service, and other departments.
• Identify process improvements and participate in lean manufacturing initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work safely in a production environment with moving equipment and people.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and rotating shifts as business needs require.
• Effective teamwork, communication, and interaction with employees across different roles.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office and understanding of an ERP system.
