Production Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Vancouver, Washington, United States; factory-based onsite role

Annual base salary: $103,800–$148,100 USD; eligible for a performance incentive of 10% of annual base salary.

What you will do

• Lead and develop production supervisors and Process Leaders across factory crews.
• Improve employee engagement, World Class Manufacturing maturity, accountability, process control, waste, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness.
• Participate in the World Class Manufacturing steering team and Autonomous Maintenance Pillar.
• Lead continuous improvement teams focused on measurable factory business results.
• Coordinate with other managers to deliver safe, high-quality products and reliable customer service.
• Participate in plant operations committees, address second-step grievances with union personnel, and manage assigned capital projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, business, or an equivalent level achieved through experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory or managerial role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with packaging, paper, plastics, converting, or industrial manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and time-clock systems such as Kronos is preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas, are advantageous.

• Ability to understand and program VBA macros.
