McKinney Plant Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: McKinney - Encore, United States. On-site work in a loud production setting with extreme temperatures; some duties may be performed outdoors. Rotating shifts may include nights and weekends.

What you will do

• Coordinate plant activities with plant management to meet manufacturing objectives on schedule and within cost targets.
• Monitor production output and quality standards during the assigned shift.
• Direct plant personnel and assist employees with work process problems.
• Maintain plant facilities and equipment, making adjustments or replacements under management direction.
• Maintain preventive maintenance programs and promote shop-floor organization and cleanliness.
• Work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and additional hours as needed.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree plus at least one year of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding production environment, including repetitive movement, kneeling, crouching, stooping, bending, twisting, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• Previous supervisory experience.
• Background in manufacturing methods, process improvement programs, and related procedures.
