What you will do
- Provide administrative and coordination support for the Environmental, Health & Safety function.
- Maintain EHS records, training documentation, compliance data, and department databases.
- Coordinate health and safety training activities and occupational health appointments.
- Report, track, and follow up on incidents, near misses, and corrective actions.
- Prepare EHS reports, presentations, and performance metrics for site leadership.
- Participate in workplace inspections, audits, risk assessments, waste management, and practical safety improvements across the manufacturing site.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, or operational support role.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Genuine interest in Environmental, Health & Safety and workplace compliance.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with employees, contractors, managers, and other stakeholders.
- Good Microsoft Office skills and ability to work with multiple systems and databases.
- Ability to work independently, make objective decisions, remain resilient under pressure, and contribute to a collaborative team.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting Health & Safety, Quality, Manufacturing, or Compliance activities.
- Awareness of EHS legislation, auditing, or risk management processes.
- IOSH Working Safely or similar Health & Safety training or certification.
