What you will do

• Develop and maintain the project Training Management Plan and daily or weekly training schedules.
• Coordinate and deliver site inductions, refresher sessions, toolbox training, and safety awareness courses.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, rooms, and equipment, and support subject matter experts with technical training.
• Verify qualifications, trade competencies, certificates, and competency profiles before site access.
• Track training renewals, maintain attendance and competency records, and manage the training database.
• Conduct compliance audits, prepare reports, identify training gaps, and support emergency drills and safety culture initiatives.

Requirements

• NEBOSH, IOSH, or a similar HSE qualification.
• Training qualifications and experience coordinating training in construction, oil and gas, heavy industry, or a similar environment.
• Strong understanding of construction safety standards, onshore HSE requirements, competency regulations, and site access requirements.
• Clear communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage large groups in a fast-paced training environment.
• Proficiency with training systems, digital recordkeeping, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organisation, time management, attention to detail, and documentation accuracy.

Nice to have

• Train-the-Trainer or instructional qualification.
