Site Facilities Management Lead (Manufacturing)

Location: Cramlington, Northumberland, United Kingdom; onsite. No relocation and no visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Lead the site Facilities Management organisation, including utilities management and the Engineering Centre of Excellence.
• Own the site's integrated facilities management partnership and oversee supplier performance.
• Develop and maintain engineering systems covering maintenance, electrical systems, compliance, reliability engineering, and drawing office activities.
• Create and execute energy management and sustainability strategies to reduce consumption, environmental impact, and operating costs.
• Manage facilities budgets, asset lifecycles, continuous improvement projects, and structured reliability problem-solving.
• Coach and develop team members while contributing to the Engineering leadership team.

Requirements

• Degree-level engineering qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience with sustainability, maintenance, and facilities engineering strategies.
• Financial management skills for creating and managing expense budgets.
• Strong people management, leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with third-party suppliers and Procurement.
• Ability to work onsite in Cramlington, United Kingdom; relocation is not available and visa sponsorship is not provided.
