Student Placement - Engineering

Location: Onsite at hirify.global's manufacturing site in Cramlington, Northumberland, United Kingdom. The assessment centre and final interview take place onsite. No relocation is provided.

What you will do

• Support the delivery of key site-wide engineering projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet timelines.
• Create and execute documentation supporting validation activities.
• Lead and implement engineering continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow company policies, procedures, global standards, cGMP, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Currently studying a relevant STEM degree, such as Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Entering the third or penultimate year and returning to studies after the placement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving approach, willingness to learn, teamwork, attention to detail, and ability to deliver high-quality work on time.

Hiring process

• Submit a CV and cover letter by 19 October 2026.
• Participate in an initial informal discussion between 9 and 18 November 2026.
• Attend an onsite assessment centre and final interview in early December 2026, including a site tour and practical activities.
