E&I Maintenance Coordinator, REEF

Location: Prince Rupert, British Columbia, Canada; onsite at the REEF facility

Salary: CAD 138,000–150,000 per year, based on experience, education, and skills

Natural gas terminal operations supported by electrical, instrumentation, controls, IT, and process safety systems.

What you will do

• Coordinate daily electrical, instrumentation, controls, and IT maintenance activities at the REEF facility.
• Oversee maintenance workers, work orders, and third-party service providers.
• Lead daily toolbox meetings and maintain the maintenance schedule in Maximo.
• Prepare weekly schedules, coordinate personnel and equipment, and confirm job plans, parts, permits, and LOTO requirements.
• Coordinate contractors, review third-party time sheets or LEMs, and work with Operations Coordinators to minimize production downtime.
• Source parts and services and oversee warehousing and spare-parts inventory.

Requirements

• Red Seal Journeyman Electrician or Red Seal Journeyman Instrument Technician preferred.
• Experience as an E&I foreman or lead.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures.
• Proficiency with Excel-based spreadsheets and Maximo.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
