Lead Engineer (Water Treatment)

Location: Hybrid; candidates can be located in Oakville, Ontario, Richmond, Virginia, or Bellevue, Washington

What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams delivering custom municipal and industrial treatment systems.
• Manage engineering execution from sales and bid support through project closure.
• Coordinate process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, controls, document control, sourcing, and finance activities.
• Own engineering deliverables, technical reviews, schedules, document lists, risks, change orders, and project reporting.
• Coordinate vendor selection, fabrication reviews, supplier requirements, and vendor performance tracking.
• Act as the technical liaison for customers and stakeholders while managing resources, budgets, collaboration, and competency development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an accredited engineering field.
• At least 5 years of project experience in engineering or a related field.
• Experience with industrial processes and systems engineering, particularly in water treatment, oil and gas, chemical, or power industries.
• Experience with Engineering, Procurement and Construction contracts.
• Professional Engineer’s License, or the ability to obtain one within 1 year.
• English required; the role is hybrid and limited to Oakville, Richmond, or Bellevue locations.
