Technical Recruiter (Fintech)

Location: In-person in New York, United States

Estimated base salary: $110,000–$160,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical and business-critical roles, from sourcing through closing.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive technical talent.
• Partner with founders and leadership to calibrate roles and provide strategic hiring guidance.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Build and improve recruiting operations, including ATS hygiene, reporting, and referral programs.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of technical recruiting experience in an agency or high-growth startup environment.
• Proven success closing candidates in competitive markets.
• Ability to independently manage sourcing, screening, stakeholder calibration, and closing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working with complex technical stacks and explaining technical problems and solutions credibly to engineers.
• Ability to work in person in New York.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for fintech, accounting-adjacent, or data-infrastructure companies.
• Experience building recruiting processes from scratch at an early-stage startup, including ATS setup, referral programs, and reporting cadences.
