Integration Specialist (Boomi)

Location: Remote for Europe-based candidates only; working hours aligned with the European time zone.

What you will do

• Own, maintain, monitor, and improve Boomi-powered integration flows.
• Design and implement integrations across ticketing, marketing, ERP, and other internal systems.
• Build logging, alerting, and monitoring for integration health and reliability.
• Collaborate with developers, IT partners, system vendors, Product, and Operations on architecture and delivery.
• Maintain integration documentation, version control, and change management.
• Contribute to decisions about future middleware and integration tooling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of integration experience in complex internal system environments.
• Strong knowledge of Boomi and integration patterns, including ETL, publish/subscribe, and middleware orchestration.
• Proficiency with APIs, JSON/XML, and data transformation techniques.
• Understanding of ERP, HRIS, ticketing, and CRM systems.
• Ability to debug and troubleshoot data flows, middleware layers, and endpoint systems.
• Experience working in cross-functional, distributed technology environments, with strong communication and documentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with BigQuery or data warehouse migrations.
• Familiarity with Azure environments and Workday.
• Experience integrating marketing and ticketing platforms such as AudienceView and Elektra.
