Salesforce Administrator & Developer

Location: Boulder, United States; hybrid work with a minimum of three days per week in the office

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Own day-to-day Salesforce administration, including users, permissions, configuration, data management, and system health.
• Design, build, test, and deploy Salesforce Flow automations and system improvements.
• Develop Salesforce customizations with Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
• Architect and maintain integrations with HubSpot, NetSuite, CPQ, enrichment tools, and other connected systems.
• Manage releases, sandbox environments, deployments, dashboards, reports, and CRM user support.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and support user training across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator and Developer.
• Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform, architecture, data modeling, validation rules, and Salesforce Flow.
• Development experience with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
• Salesforce Platform Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications required.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware such as Celigo, MuleSoft, or similar tools.
• Fluent English and availability to work in the Boulder office at least three days per week.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• HubSpot Marketing Hub administration experience.
• Advanced Salesforce reporting or Power BI experience.
• Experience with CPQ tools or regulated environments such as GDPR, SOX, or HIPAA.
• German language skills.
