Salary: $62,900–$94,300 base salary per year

What you will do

• Design and execute laboratory experiments using biochemistry and molecular biology techniques.
• Troubleshoot and optimize workflows and assays to improve performance.
• Develop new spatial transcriptomics methods and solve technical problems.
• Work independently and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Present experimental results and define next steps in regular team meetings.
• Maintain detailed experimental records and complete goals within established timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
• Laboratory experience with cell and molecular biology techniques, including tissue culture and nucleic acid manipulation and analysis.
• Strong experimental design and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with spatial assays is preferred.
• This onsite role is based in San Diego, California, United States, and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
