Salary: $143,820.85–$194,581.15 per year

What you will do

• Design and execute biological and biophysical experiments to characterize ADME properties of large-molecule therapeutics and non-traditional small-molecule therapies.
• Develop assays and technologies to define mechanisms of in vivo clearance and biodistribution.
• Interpret experimental data and communicate results to project team representatives.
• Maintain electronic laboratory notebooks and document experimental results.
• Contribute to department strategy for drug candidate teams as a PKDM project representative.

Requirements

• PhD, PharmD, or MD with relevant postdoctoral experience; or a master’s degree with 3 years of related experience; or a bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related experience.
• Degree or equivalent expertise in immunology, cell biology, biochemistry, biophysics, or a related field.
• Experience with protein therapeutics drug discovery and development and a basic understanding of protein therapeutics pharmacokinetics.
• Expertise in protein-protein interaction analysis using modern biophysical techniques.
• Experience with protein biochemistry or cell biology techniques, including reagent preparation, assay development, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience translating biochemical and biophysical observations into cellular and animal-based models with mechanistic insights.
