What you will do

• Design, develop, validate, and implement quantitative LC-MS/MS bioanalytical methods for small molecules, oligonucleotides, proteins, and other complex molecular entities.
• Plan, execute, document, analyze, and present bioanalytical experiments using nonclinical and clinical matrices including plasma, urine, cerebrospinal fluid, and tissues.
• Perform biological sample preparation using protein precipitation, solid-phase extraction, liquid-liquid extraction, affinity capture, and related workflows.
• Support discovery-stage, GLP preclinical, and regulated clinical bioanalysis, including assay execution and transfer to CROs.
• Modernize automation and instrumentation to improve assay throughput and sensitivity while collaborating with multidisciplinary research and development teams.
• Prepare and review study reports, analytical methods, SOPs, technical memoranda, and other regulatory-compliant documentation.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree, or a master’s degree plus 2 years of relevant industrial or technical experience, or a bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of relevant industrial or technical experience.
• Strong technical expertise in quantitative mass spectrometry using triple quadrupole and high-resolution mass spectrometry platforms.
• Experience with bioanalytical sample types such as blood, plasma, serum, tissues, and cerebrospinal fluid.
• Experience with automated or semi-automated sample preparation, including protein precipitation, SPE, affinity capture, and high-throughput workflows.
• Ability to resolve scientific challenges, manage multiple projects and timelines, maintain data integrity, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prior GLP and GCP experience, regulated assay execution, and CRO transfer experience are strongly desired.
