Credit Analyst - Bilingual

What you will do

• Review high volumes of daily customer orders supporting hirify.global’s U.S. and Mexico operations.
• Analyze account history, credit reports, and payment trends to determine credit limits.
• Provide customer service by phone and email regarding credit decisions and account inquiries.
• Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and present insights to leadership.
• Evaluate high-risk or potentially fraudulent orders and take appropriate action.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; Finance or Accounting focus preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong analytical, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
• Fluent written and verbal English and Spanish required.
• Experience in credit, customer service, or collections is a plus.
