Credit Adjustment Analyst III (Medtech)

Location: Hybrid in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, United States; regular and predictable on-site attendance is required, with office work Tuesday through Thursday. Occasional business travel is required. Relocation is not available.

Salary: $20–$26 per hour

What you will do

• Review warehouse return reports and release customer credits after products are received.
• Monitor aging returns and coordinate with warehouses and customers to confirm returned products.
• Track and issue credits and debits for direct and government accounts, deductions, capital equipment orders, and repairs.
• Investigate financial discrepancies and provide proof of delivery for deductions and unpaid orders.
• Coordinate deduction management with customers, distributors, contracts, warehouses, customer service, and internal business units.
• Work with contracts on allocation, backhaul, and inventory services fees.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; an associate or technical degree is preferred.
• 4 or more years of related experience required.
• Working knowledge of the relevant technical and financial processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Regular and predictable on-site attendance in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania is required.
• Occasional business travel is required.
