Salary: $130,700–$205,200 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Lead system integration engineering and test teams covering functional, stress, compatibility, recovery, and platform-level validation.
• Plan and deliver component, board, and system validation from early bring-up through product launch, sustaining updates, and lifecycle refreshes.
• Establish validation coverage, entry and exit criteria, defect management, metrics, and evidence-based readiness assessments.
• Lead issue prioritization, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and resolution across internal teams, suppliers, and original design manufacturers.
• Manage staffing, coaching, performance development, succession readiness, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Represent system validation in program forums and support milestone, go/no-go, customer escalation, and shipment-readiness decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of experience in electronics or computer development, hardware and materials testing, system integration, product validation, or a related technical environment.
• Direct experience working in laboratory and test environments with engineering and scientific test equipment.
• 0–7 years of management or technical leadership experience across engineering functions, teams, or geographic boundaries.
• Experience managing projects, resources, schedules, budgets, suppliers, and technical risks.
• Onsite role based in Fort Collins, Colorado, United States of America; relocation is listed as available.

Nice to have

• Experience with workstation-class platforms, enterprise PCs, high-performance computing systems, or other complex computing products.
• Experience leading system-level functional, stress, compatibility, recovery, and lifecycle validation.
• Experience working across R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, suppliers, and customer engagement.
• Experience with silicon partners and global original design manufacturers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical presentations and readiness assessments for leadership.
