Project Manager (Electrical)

Location: Aurora, Colorado; on-site with travel requirements of up to 90%.

Salary: $140,000–$175,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Oversee the financial, operational, and administrative performance of electrical construction projects from initiation through closeout.
• Prepare permits, schedules, purchase order buyouts, project strategies, submittals, shop drawings, budgets, and schedules of values.
• Track budgets, change orders, billing, subcontractor performance, material procurement, and coordination with other trades.
• Lead project closeout, including O&M manuals, warranty documentation, and spare-parts receipt.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations, PPE requirements, and environmental health and safety policies.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of project controls or coordination experience, including 5 years managing commercial or industrial electrical projects.
• Experience managing electrical projects valued at $12 million or more and up to 5 projects simultaneously.
• Experience managing projects involving more than 100 employees.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of the electrical industry and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Accubid.
• Ability to work on-site in Aurora, Colorado and travel up to 90% of the time, including to industrial construction sites.
