Associate Principal, Platform Product Management, AI and Intelligence Platform

Salary: $156,500–$290,100 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Define multi-domain platform product strategy aligned with engineering priorities, AI delivery, architecture direction, and enterprise product needs.
• Identify platform opportunities that improve reuse, scalability, governance, developer productivity, AI-assisted delivery quality, and speed to value.
• Shape long-term roadmaps, migration strategies, adoption pathways, investment sequencing, and AI-first operating models.
• Advise senior engineering and architecture leaders on platform tradeoffs, service ownership, governance, responsible AI, and agentic coding enablement.
• Represent platform product strategy in executive and senior technical forums while leading ambiguous, cross-cutting initiatives.
• Build, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of platform product managers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in product management, platform product leadership, technical product management, enterprise technology leadership, data/AI products, or related areas.
• Proven success shaping enterprise-scale platform strategy and influencing senior technical and business leaders.
• Deep expertise in at least one internal platform domain, such as data platforms, AI/ML enablement, developer platforms, APIs and integration, identity and access, knowledge graphs, cloud architecture, governance, or agentic coding enablement.
• Recognized fluency with AI tools and responsible, effective AI-first product practices.
• Experience building and developing high-performing platform product teams and future product leaders.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution and accountability for adoption, outcomes, and delivery results.
