Principal, Product Manager - AI Shopping Platform

Location: Onsite at the Bentonville Home Office, Bentonville, Arkansas, United States

Annual salary: $110,000–$220,000 in Bentonville; $143,000–$286,000 in Sunnyvale. Additional compensation may include performance bonuses and stock.

What you will do

• Shape product strategy across multiple related products using domain expertise, customer insights, and data.
• Define and manage product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Lead cross-functional teams in solving complex customer problems and prioritizing impactful solutions.
• Build scalable mechanisms for collecting and interpreting customer feedback and product usage data.
• Establish success metrics, validate outcomes through analytics and experimentation, and influence enterprise prioritization.
• Mentor product managers and promote product management best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field and 9 years of product management experience, or 11 years of product management or related experience.
• Expertise in product strategy, roadmap management, stakeholder management, and complex product lifecycle execution.
• Experience using advanced analytics and experimentation to guide product decisions.
• Strong understanding of customer needs, design thinking, journey mapping, and feedback mechanisms.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies, including AI.
• Ability to work onsite at the Bentonville, Arkansas home office.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related area.
• Experience with consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B or B2C products.
• Supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility practices.
