Project Manager - Equipment (HVAC)

Location: London, Ontario, Canada; onsite Monday through Thursday, with the option to choose the work location on Fridays

Annual base salary: $66,300.00–$120,084.99 CAD

What you will do

• Coordinate multiple smaller-scale equipment supply-only projects from planning through fulfillment.
• Enter equipment orders, issue purchase orders, generate work orders, coordinate documents, and maintain project records.
• Communicate with building owners, mechanical contractors, technicians, customers, and internal support teams.
• Track estimated ship dates, customer schedules, project milestones, dependencies, and fulfillment requirements.
• Monitor forecasted costs, budgets, project cash flow, progress billing, collections support, and overall financial status.
• Provide limited onsite support to technicians or customers when needed without managing job sites or subcontractors.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in business or equivalent plus at least two years of relevant experience, or at least four years of project management, equipment, HVAC, or related experience.
• Practical experience and relevant skills are considered in place of a four-year degree.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, communication, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, work independently, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and temperature equipment is preferred.
