National College Leadership Trainee (Hospitality)

Location: Los Angeles, California, United States; placements may be available across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Europe. The role requires working at hotel venues, with instructor-led training at the corporate office in Chicago, Illinois, and flexibility to relocate.

Salary: $70,304.00–$70,304.01 per year, plus potential bonuses or incentives after placement.

What you will do

• Complete a five-month Manager in Training program with rotations in technical, operations, and sales functions.
• Participate in hands-on learning alongside field leaders at hotel, casino, and conference center venues.
• Prepare for placement into an operations, production, or sales management role.
• Manage floor operations, service delivery, staffing, performance, development, and inventory costs in operations roles.
• Guide customers through event experiences, identify solutions, and support event and revenue capture in sales roles.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree with a BA or BS.
• At least one year of related professional experience or a combination of employment and internships.
• Strong interest in a management career with advancement opportunities.
• Excellent communication, listening, presentation, leadership, and customer-service skills.
• Technical aptitude and interest in new technology.
• Ability to work at a hotel location in a major metropolitan market and flexibility to relocate.

Nice to have

• Education in hospitality, business or management, communications, event management, theater, or a related field.
• Experience in management, operations, technology, or hospitality.
