Senior Product Manager, Embedded Payments & Strategic Partnerships (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define and execute the ISV embedded finance product strategy, multi-year roadmaps, positioning, and value propositions.
• Develop embedded payment capabilities including merchant acquiring, ACH, real-time payments, wires, virtual accounts, deposits, treasury services, payouts, settlement, and future lending solutions.
• Design onboarding, activation, servicing, money movement, settlement, reporting, reconciliation, API, and webhook experiences.
• Own strategic ISV partnerships, integration standards, commercial requirements, contract discussions, pricing, and go-to-market planning.
• Lead product delivery from concept through launch, managing backlogs, release planning, dependencies, risks, milestones, and executive reporting.
• Support Huntington’s HOA banking and payments program while coordinating Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Treasury Management, Merchant Services, and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Payments, Banking, Fintech, or a related area.
• 7+ years of experience in merchant acquiring, payments, treasury management, embedded finance, or banking products.
• 7+ years of experience with card processing, ACH, settlement and funding, merchant onboarding, PayFacs, embedded finance ecosystems, and API-driven platforms.
• 7+ years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple dependencies and stakeholders, including analytics and executive presentations.

Nice to have

• Experience with ISVs, vertical SaaS platforms, marketplaces, fintech partnerships, property management, HOA banking, association banking, or real-estate technology.
• Knowledge of acquiring processors, fintech infrastructure, and payment ecosystems.
• Experience leading complex product launches or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with Fiserv, Qolo, Alloy, or similar ecosystem providers.
• Agile product delivery experience and an MBA or advanced degree.
