Transaction Banking, Payments Product Manager, Vice President (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end strategy, development, delivery, and commercialization of Payments products.
• Lead large-scale, multi-month payment transformation programs from concept through post-launch optimization.
• Design domestic, cross-border, and cross-currency payment solutions across geographies and regulatory environments.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Servicing teams to deliver cloud-powered payment products.
• Define product KPIs, use data to guide decisions, and develop go-to-market strategies that drive adoption.
• Lead global, cross-functional teams while managing product risks, deadlines, quality, and stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in payments-related roles.
• 5+ years of experience as a Payments Product Manager or payments product development lead.
• Experience implementing payment rails or payment products, including CHIPS, Fedwire, Target2, SWIFT, ACH, SEPA, or BACS.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver initiatives on time while balancing customer outcomes, business needs, technical feasibility, and product risks.
• Experience partnering with Operations, Engineering, and Sales teams in client-facing situations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; experience maintaining requirements and information in JIRA and Confluence.

Nice to have

• Expertise in ISO 20022 and SWIFT standards across payments and cash management.
• Detailed knowledge of domestic and international payment rails.
