Contract Fulfillment Specialist

What you will do

• Translate signed contracts, amendments, and addenda into SAP systems.
• Prepare and validate billing data for accurate invoicing cycles.
• Execute manual billing operations and month-end closing processes.
• Support reconciliations, accruals, and VAT-related reporting.
• Maintain financial controls and contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Billing, Accounting, and Regional Finance teams across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Approximately 3–5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in order-to-cash, billing, invoicing, or contract fulfillment.
• Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize under deadlines.
• Attention to detail, accountability, adaptability, and a collaborative working style.

Nice to have

• SAP experience; learning support is available if SAP experience is not yet developed.
• Motivation to contribute to process improvements and automation.
