Global Invoice to Pay Process Manager (P2P)

What you will do

• Design and continuously improve end-to-end Invoice to Pay processes, including invoice capture, validation, matching, exception handling, payment execution, open-item management, and reconciliation.
• Deploy and optimize global invoice-processing solutions, including commercial and governmental eInvoicing platforms.
• Define standard operating procedures and support global standardization of Invoice to Pay processes.
• Define business requirements for OCR, AI-driven invoice validation, straight-through processing, payment automation, clearing automation, monitoring, and reconciliation.
• Monitor system performance, analyze invoice exceptions and late payments, and lead corrective and preventive improvements with IT and platform teams.
• Define I2P KPIs and support cash-flow forecasting and working-capital optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Proven Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a large multinational organization, with deep knowledge of P2P processes and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end P2P solutions such as SAP, VIM, Coupa, Tungsten, or EDICOM.
• Knowledge of SOX, fundamental accounting principles, and country-specific invoice and payment legislation.
• Project management experience with a record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• CPA certification or equivalent.
• R2R experience, eInvoicing platform implementation, and data mining or analytics experience.
• Healthcare or life-science industry experience.
