What you will do

• Build financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Support strategic decision-making through data-driven financial analysis.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and KPIs.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with operational goals.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation in financial reporting tools.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
• Must be based in Barcelona, Spain.
