FP&A Analyst

Location: Barcelona HQ, Spain

Salary: €40,000–€50,000 OTE per year, fixed and variable.

What you will do

• Build financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Support strategic decisions through data-driven financial analysis.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and KPI reporting.
• Analyze financial performance and trends in depth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial and operational objectives.
• Improve and automate financial reporting and planning tools, and prepare presentations for senior management.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Collaborative approach, teamwork, and strong communication skills.
