Project Manager (Physical Product Development)

Location: Billund hirify.global Campus, Denmark. Hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office. Some flexibility in working hours is required due to the global nature of the role. Relocation assistance is not available.

What you will do

• Drive consumer product development projects from idea through launch.
• Create and maintain end-to-end project plans, milestones, governance meetings, and progress reporting.
• Lead risk, quality, feasibility, desirability, and viability management across the value chain.
• Provide daily informal team leadership, clarify priorities, and remove roadblocks.
• Manage project budgets, resources, cost recommendations, and trade-off discussions.
• Set up and improve ways of working for global teams across functions and time zones.

Requirements

• Strong project management skills, including project planning and risk management.
• Proven experience leading novelty product development projects.
• Experience collaborating with global, cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
• Strong team leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.

Nice to have

• Project management certification such as Scrum Master, IPMA, PMI, or PRINCE2.
• Understanding of supply chain management, operations, planning, or procurement.
• Experience in physical product development environments.
