People and Project Manager (AI-Assisted Diagnostic Medical Software)

What you will do

• Build, coach, and develop the AI team.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation and development through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
• Ensure clear ownership of domains, responsibilities, and deliverables.
• Drive delivery of AI solutions for diagnosing caries, tooth wear, gingival recession, and plaque from 3D scans.
• Ensure access to appropriate data, state-of-the-art AI methods, and thorough documentation for medical-device approval.
• Collaborate with application developers, AI developers, QA, regulatory affairs, product management, and clinical dental researchers.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience managing and growing engineering teams.
• Practical knowledge of machine learning, including deep neural networks and supervised and unsupervised learning.
• Experience with image processing or 3D data is preferred.
• Solid software development skills, preferably in Python and C#.
• Quality-focused, flexible, creative, and open to emerging technologies and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
