Group Manager & Project Manager (AI-Assisted Diagnostic Medical Software)

What you will do

• Build, coach, and develop the AI team.
• Lead the product lifecycle from ideation and development through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
• Drive delivery of AI-assisted diagnostic solutions for caries, tooth wear, gingival recession, and plaque.
• Ensure clear ownership of domains, responsibilities, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with application developers, AI developers, QA, regulatory affairs, product management, and clinical research specialists.
• Ensure appropriate data, state-of-the-art AI solutions, and documentation for medical device approval.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience managing and growing engineering teams.
• Experience with machine learning, including deep neural networks and supervised or unsupervised learning.
• Software development skills, preferably in Python and C#.
• Understanding of image processing or 3D data is preferred.
• Quality-focused, flexible, creative, and open to emerging technologies.
