Associate Manager, Growth Marketing ANZ (Dasher)

What you will do

• Own the Dasher acquisition budget across paid search, paid social, and other performance marketing channels.
• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to increase Dasher signups across Australia and New Zealand.
• Build forecasts, manage spend, and rework plans as priorities or performance change.
• Track channel efficiency and provide clear performance readouts to business stakeholders.
• Partner with Consumer Growth Marketing, Strategy & Operations, international marketing counterparts, and the performance marketing agency.
• Provide functional marketing leadership for the Dasher vertical with significant autonomy and ownership.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in performance marketing in-house or at an agency, across B2C or B2B businesses.
• Hands-on experience managing paid search, paid social, and other performance channels end to end.
• Experience building forecasts and scalable growth marketing plans.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Local market knowledge of Australia and New Zealand.
• Ability to work from Sydney, NSW, or Melbourne, VIC.
