Director, Growth Marketing, Global Futures (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA, United States

Salary: $240,000–$290,000 per year, plus equity and bonus.

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, evaluation, rollout, and enablement of AI and automation tools across marketing.
• Partner with Engineering, IT, Legal, and marketing teams on integrations, data governance, security, and vendor due diligence.
• Own the global conversion rate optimization framework, including landing page testing, personalization, UX optimization, and experimentation.
• Lead ad operations across paid media platforms, including tracking, pixel governance, UTM frameworks, and attribution integrity.
• Build automation, QA, campaign governance, reporting, and scalable repositories of AI and CRO learnings.

Requirements

• 10–14 years of experience in performance marketing, marketing operations, or CRO, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech.
• Experience building or leading AI enablement programs within marketing organizations.
• Deep understanding of marketing infrastructure, tracking, and data pipelines.
• Ability to translate emerging technologies into measurable operational or revenue outcomes.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and program governance skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing analytics, computer science, statistics, engineering, or business analytics.

Nice to have

• Experience managing global evaluation and rollout of martech or AI systems.
• Familiarity with data privacy, security, and AI governance frameworks.
• Advanced understanding of creative automation and dynamic content testing.
