Project Controls Manager

Location: On-site in Dallas, Texas or Tempe, Arizona, United States

Salary: $150,000–$175,000 plus benefits

What you will do

• Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices, and project costs to ensure value for clients.
• Prepare project funding documents, owner estimates, and estimate review meetings.
• Lead onsite assessments of engineer and contractor progress.
• Create and manage cost forecasts for key client developments.
• Manage project schedules, report exceptions, and provide schedule and risk updates.
• Lead risk management, negotiate agreements with external partners, and support final contract and purchase order reconciliation.

Requirements

• Experience in project controls, including cost control, scheduling, and estimating.
• Degree or comparable experience in a construction-related discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Dallas, Texas or Tempe, Arizona.
