Project Controls Specialist

Location: Houston, Texas; onsite five days a week

Salary: $120,600–$180,900 per year

What you will do

• Support complex projects throughout the lifecycle, from booking through commissioning.
• Develop and maintain project controls, planning, cost control, change management, and forecasting procedures.
• Create resource-loaded schedules and identify risks to internal and customer commitments.
• Track project status, cost, schedule, and the impact of changes.
• Develop tools and procedures for ongoing risk review and reporting.
• Coordinate project execution with Business Development, Business Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, customers, and suppliers.

Requirements

• Four-year BS degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and flexibility to work with project controls software.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with the project team and reporting to senior management.
• Availability to work onsite five days a week in Houston, Texas.
