Planning Analyst, Project Controls, Project & Development Services

Salary: $102,000–$120,000 annually

What you will do

• Develop and maintain project cost reports and schedules.
• Track actual costs, commitments, forecasts, and accruals.
• Identify variances and support risk and trend analysis.
• Analyze project schedules and prepare status and forecast updates.
• Collect inputs from project team members and maintain project controls documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, project management, or a related field.
• Three or more years of experience in cost or schedule management for capital projects across design, construction, and testing phases.
• Experience working in complex, matrixed environments.
• Expertise with cost and schedule management software.
• Experience in construction, life sciences, data centers, industrial, or a related technical field.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
