Workday Integration Lead (Workday)

Location: United States - Remote

Salary: $180,000–$195,000 USD per year, plus an annual discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Lead the integration workstream for PeopleSoft-to-Workday ERP implementations.
• Own discovery, planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and issue resolution.
• Act as the primary client and project leadership contact for integration priorities, risks, dependencies, and scope.
• Provide technical direction to integration developers while remaining hands-on with design, development, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Facilitate discovery and design sessions and translate business and technical requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Review deliverables for quality, security, consistency, and alignment with project standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of integration consulting or implementation experience, most recently as an Integration Lead or in a similar role.
• Experience leading the integration workstream for a Workday implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Workday integration technologies, including EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connect.
• Experience leading integration developers and managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and client expectations.
• Strong client-facing communication skills and the ability to lead discovery sessions and explain technical concepts clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

• Workday integration certification.
• Experience with Workday HCM and Financials implementations.
• Experience with higher education ERP implementations.
• Experience supporting a PeopleSoft-to-Workday transformation.
