Oracle Implementation Lead (Oracle ERP)

Location: Worldwide; remote-first distributed team

Salary: €4,000–€7,000 gross per month, depending on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and/or NetSuite implementation projects.
• Lead discovery, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, UAT, go-live, and post-launch activities.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, change requests, and delivery methodology across concurrent engagements.
• Act as the primary client-facing lead, facilitate workshops, and align executive, business, and technical stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional delivery teams and coordinate offshore and nearshore contributors.
• Support pre-sales, develop reusable delivery assets, and contribute to Oracle practice knowledge and product roadmap insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle ERP implementation experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and/or NetSuite.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud or NetSuite certification.
• Functional expertise in at least two modules, including Financials, Procurement, SCM, Projects, or HCM.
• Experience leading full-cycle ERP implementations, including project management, budget planning, forecasting, and financial management.
• Knowledge of OUM, AIM, Prince2, or PMI frameworks and Agile delivery practices.
• Upper-Intermediate English or above and ability to work in a remote-first distributed environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with implementations in MENA, Africa, or emerging markets.
• Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud and third-party integration patterns.
• Exposure to Oracle Analytics Cloud, OTBI, or SuiteAnalytics.
• Arabic, French, or other regional language skills.
