Project Manager - ECP, Grants

Location: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the Oakville, Ontario office. Occasional travel to client sites may be required.

Salary: $88,000–$110,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise-scale grants management software implementations from initiation through closure, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and delivery governance.
• Maintain project charters, schedules, risk registers, RAID logs, decision registers, and other implementation documentation.
• Facilitate project meetings, executive briefings, and steering committees with state government sponsors and decision-makers.
• Serve as the primary client contact, managing expectations, milestones, reporting, risks, and difficult stakeholder conversations.
• Coordinate Implementation, Technical Solutions, and OCM workstreams, dependencies, timelines, and action items.
• Contribute to onboarding, knowledge sharing, lessons-learned reviews, scoping discussions, and AI-enabled workflow improvements.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 4 years of project management experience delivering enterprise software implementation or technology projects.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects in public sector, government, or regulated environments.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar, and with waterfall, agile, or hybrid delivery frameworks.
• Strong communication, organization, risk management, prioritization, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple complex projects, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering state or federal government technology implementations.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Knowledge of grants management, public finance, or compliance-heavy regulatory environments.
• Experience with Euna Grants or comparable grant management systems.
• Familiarity with change management and AI productivity tools such as Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT.
