Project Manager - ECP, Grants

Location: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the Atlanta, Georgia office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise Euna Grants implementation projects from initiation through closure, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and issues.
• Maintain project charters, schedules, RAID logs, risk registers, decision registers, and other governance documentation.
• Facilitate project meetings, executive briefings, and steering committees with state agency sponsors and decision-makers.
• Act as the primary client contact, managing expectations, milestones, reporting, and difficult stakeholder conversations.
• Coordinate Implementation, Technical Solutions, and OCM workstreams, dependencies, documentation, and action items.
• Contribute to onboarding, knowledge sharing, lessons learned, scoping discussions, and continuous improvement while embedding AI tools into daily work.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 4 years of project management experience delivering enterprise software implementation or technology projects.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects in public sector, government, or regulated industry environments.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet and waterfall, agile, or hybrid delivery frameworks.
• Strong communication, organization, risk management, client relationship, and prioritization skills.
• Enthusiasm for AI tools and demonstrated ability to apply technology to improve workflow quality or efficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering state or federal government technology implementations.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Knowledge of grants management, public finance, or compliance-heavy regulatory environments.
• Experience with Euna Grants or comparable grant management systems.
• Familiarity with change management and OCM in enterprise delivery.
