Sr Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis

Location: hirify.global Restaurant Support Center, Dublin, Ohio; at least 4 days per week in the office

Salary: $81,000–$138,000 annually, plus a target annual bonus of 10% of base salary.

What you will do

• Prepare monthly financial results, variance explanations, and analysis for Senior Leadership.
• Support the Annual Operating Plan, monthly forecasting, and reporting on G&A expenses, EPS, capital expenditures, and free cash flow.
• Partner with Financial Reporting and Investor Relations on quarterly SEC and Board reporting.
• Prepare ad hoc financial analyses to support key business decisions.
• Analyze results against forecasts, prior-year performance, and the annual operating plan.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
• Experience with computer modeling, management reporting systems, databases, and Excel-based financial models.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interpret results, assess implications, and communicate with business users.
• 2–4 years of experience in a financial analysis position with a large organization.
• Ability to work at the Dublin, Ohio office at least 4 days per week.
