FP&A Manager

Location: Remote; US location is implied by the compensation and benefits structure.

Salary: $107,000–$144,000 annually, plus potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, recurring variance analysis, and monthly management reporting.
• Prepare financial packages, KPI analysis, forecast bridges, performance narratives, and responses for private equity sponsors, boards, lenders, and management.
• Own partner compensation planning, including modeling, accrual support, scenario analysis, and payout analytics.
• Build long-range planning models and financial models covering revenue, utilization, headcount, compensation, operating expenses, technology, cloud, and AI spend.
• Develop business cases for technology, automation, cloud, AI, operating investments, and transformation initiatives, including ROI, payback, cost-benefit, and sensitivity analysis.
• Improve reporting automation, planning workflows, data governance, planning-tool usage, and self-service analytics across Workday, Office Connect, Adaptive, and related data sources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Six or more years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, financial reporting, business analytics, or a related area.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, board or sponsor reporting, financial modeling, and cross-functional planning.
• Experience improving FP&A processes through automation, planning-system enhancements, dashboarding, data workflows, or AI-enabled analysis and reporting tools.
• Advanced financial modeling, analytical, planning, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear recommendations and improve reporting quality, data validation, and decision support.
