Regional Project Manager (Construction)

Location: Detroit, MI, United States; regional travel and on-site quality inspections required

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per year plus company equity

What you will do

• Manage home modification installation projects from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate clinical teams, clients, families, and service providers.
• Recruit, onboard, develop, and support a regional network of qualified service providers.
• Establish quality standards, conduct performance reviews, and provide contractor training.
• Perform on-site quality inspections and assessments throughout the region.
• Resolve complex technical and client service issues and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of construction field experience, preferably in residential construction.
• 5+ years of residential management experience.
• Expertise in accessible design and experience coordinating construction projects.
• Ability to travel throughout the region and conduct on-site inspections.

Nice to have

• Experience with home modifications such as accessible bathrooms and ramps.
